Job Title: Sales Head – Digital Commerce & IT Services

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Leader to drive growth and lead the sales strategy for our Digital Commerce Services division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling digital commerce solutions and IT services, while developing and executing sales strategies that generate revenue and elevate customer experiences. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the adoption of innovative digital solutions in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our Digital Commerce and IT Services division. Align sales goals with the company’s broader objectives and market trends.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, prospect, and engage with new clients across various industries. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture. Promote diversity, inclusivity, and continuous professional growth within the team.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and maximize the value delivered by our digital commerce solutions and IT services.
- Sales Operations & Reporting: Oversee the sales pipeline and reporting processes, providing regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and sales activities to senior leadership.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Lead by example in promoting diversity and inclusion within the sales team and the broader organization. Encourage a culture that values diverse perspectives and fosters an inclusive environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in sales leadership, with a strong focus on digital commerce, IT services, or technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success in selling digital transformation solutions, e-commerce platforms, and customer experience technologies to a diverse set of clients.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, key stakeholders, and clients in the tech and digital commerce sectors.
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in an accessible and compelling manner.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
